Residential IT Support Pricing

  • In-Home computer IT Support is provided at $60 per hour during business hours. (evenings/weekends $90 per hour)
  • In-Home appointments are one hour minimum, quarter hour increments thereafter.
  • We do not charge travel time within our coverage area, but do have a one hour minimum for In-Home appointments.
  • Drop by, our in-shop bench rate in quarter hour increments.
  • We charge the same for access to our IT support experts, either over the phone, in the field or at our shop.
