We use a IT Services model to ensure maximum stability, security, and efficiency for our customers. The Business Plan includes a wide array of solutions such as field appointments, remote support, maintenance and security features, documentation, and more.

IT Services FAQs


WHAT ARE YOUR HOURLY RATES?

  • IT Support is provided at $60 per hour. (evenings/weekends $90 per hour)
  • Nonprofit IT Support is provided at $50 per hour. (evenings/weekends $75 per hour)
  • Field appointments are one hour minimum with quarter hour increments thereafter.
  • In-shop bench rate in quarter hour increments.

We charge the same for access to our IT support experts, either over the phone, in the field or at our shop.

Note: We do not charge travel time within our coverage area, but do have a one hour minimum for field appointments.

We proudly serve the St. Marys Area and beyond. With remote IT support technology we can help customers anywhere.

LogicPoint provides on-site support with no travel fees inside of our local coverage area, see below.

CANCELLATION POLICY?

You may cancel any field appointment without penalty. Just contact us before field tech arrives at your home or office.

Note: Cancelations after field tech arives at your location you will be charged a penalty of 1 hour of labor.
